Remove this line position the start button away from the midline of image on non-responsive environment

It's pretty cool you made it responsive, I like it :) but it needs to work with non-responsive themes as well. I did comments where I found something what could cause unexpected result. |

I love this plugin, but I needed a responsive version. Hope you like it. :)
