Ledger signer support

Description

An implementation of a Ledger signer, and solana format detection based on the signer. Manually tested with a ledger device. Might need some extra eyes before it's guaranteed to be production-ready.

It might be useful to extend the signer-authenticator coupling by extending the Signer class/interface and letting Signers specify the type of encoding to use, rather than hard-coding the Ledger signer in the "auto" authenticator.
