This new QS will provide the steps to generate a use case for the checkpoint framework and how to use it with VSCode Snowflake extension.
It provides a way to identify behavioral changes and differences in execution platforms that can cause issues even after code porting and unit tests.

There are several sentences along the guide without '.' at the end, please review them :)
