You have made an update to only reference v1. what about we make it configurable to cover both v1 and v2? |

I had issues working with EndPoint.php because it is reference v1 for some URLs and v2 for other URLs at the same time.
I have changed it to have a configuration that can be set at mpesa.php and used in EndPoint.php to load the required version.
