Hello Hiring Team,
Here is the completed front-end development technical challenge. All functionalities have been tested (with some assumptions on how a stopwatch should work). There are a lot of ways to implement a stopwatch and I have chosen to stay with a simple and attractive design. The stopwatch displays in the hh:mm:ss format, there are separate buttons for start, stop, lap, and reset, and laps are displayed in the most recent to oldest order with the ability to scroll down to see the older laps. Further implementation details can be found in the documentation (comments).
Thank you for allowing me to showcase my React skills through this technical challenge. I have very intermediate level React knowledge (mostly academic) but I am working on applying that to practical projects and hope to learn advanced front-end tools and technologies.
Regards,
Jaimin Patel
