Updates the BlogML exporter to correctly handle media items selected with the Media Picker v3. The previous implementation failed to correctly parse the media UDI, preventing images from being exported, or causing errors. This change now correctly extracts the media key from the JSON structure and includes the images in the export. Also updates package dependencies.
Updates the build workflow to use the latest versions of the checkout, setup-msbuild, and setup-nuget actions. Migrates the build process to use dotnet commands instead of nuget.exe and MSBuild directly. This simplifies the build script and aligns it with modern .NET development practices.
