There have been quite some changes in language and API from TinyTC 0.3.1 to 0.5.0. This PR makes yateto compatible with 0.5.0 (and incompatible with 0.3.1).

Benefits of TinyTC 0.5.0:

  • Faster JIT compile time due to direct SPIR-V generation
  • Removed dependency on ocloc and bbfft, therefore much easier to build, and the spack recipe finally works properly
