Parallelized_ImageJ_wrapper

This is an ImageJ wrapper build on top of ImageJ.

1. The java application is interfaced into python using the Jython using pyImageJ
2. This wrapper allows module creation of pyImajeJ.
3. The modules can run parallelly and can be optimised based on available memory and CPU cores
