This merge request adds the actual XSLT stylesheets in a packaged form for Python3.
I first created a version for Docbook XSLT 1.76.1 (labeled v1.0) and then updated to 1.79.1 (labeled v1.1).
I tested both package variants in a virtenv and successfully ran a
in the current SCons "master". For this, I completely removed the local XSLT folder "SCons/Tools/docbook/docbook-xsl-1.76.1" first.
Merging this request will enable us to take the next step and remove the XSLT stylesheets from the main repo "SCons", such that the Docbook stuff gets optional.
Note: I have also started to work on the migration of the document toolchain for SCons, from Docbook to Asciidoc...but first I'd like to sort the stylesheet stuff out.
