New Features,

• Add recent earthquake Information queried directly from USGS ComCat Catalog on 2D leaflet view and 3D vtk.js view as point source with size varying by magnitude.

• Add external access processing to display 2D leaflet view with highlighted faults and recent earthquakes directly.

Evaluation version with postMessage fix

Resolve param postMessage problem between service and plot3d that caused
Chrome not able to visualize the complete model set
