unregisterCallbacksmethod no longer takes functional argumentSigSpecRegisterAttrbiuteto register methods for hub operations invokable by the client. Alternative was to introduce aSigSpecIgnore, but this was cleaner and easier. Necessary to help support serverless hubs and reduces code complexity
