Motivation
For hipdnn we want to build our samples as part of CI so we dont accidentally break them
Technical Details
Just a simple setup in the rock with an empty toml achieves this without having to ship the samples. Running the samples would be nice but not worth it at this time.
Test Plan
Samples build in the CI and we see them in the logs as built.
