  • Makes FWPH much more like PH in code-style and spoke synchronization
  • FWPH can be used with fixing heuristics (lower bounds are not computed, but could be in a Lagrangian spoke)
  • FWPH can get its initial, as well as additional, columns from an Xhat spoke
  • FWPH weights can be optionally warmstarted by solving LP relaxations
