progress towards #1326
Amber spawns on beaches, rarely. It's like a special little treat when you find some.

Here's a big patch:

On average it's more like this:

Also made the stoneBlock of beaches sandstone... because sand

We probably want to do this by upgrading the ore system, but this might be fine.

Doing it this way ensures the amber shows up on top the sand, which is what I want. Gives it a "washed up onto shore" look

Is there a world where we could only have it spawn exclusively on beaches (and maybe in deserts)? I think this would encourage exploration instead of just digging for all the ores.
