part of #1132

I was reading about meteorites and got carried away (I actually did this before copper.) I'm leaving it as a draft until we can generate meteorites in case things change or break.
...So for now I'll demonstrate with my awesome build:

Meteorites are made of kamacite, which needs a diamond pick to be broken. If you don't have a diamond pick yet, you can still gather the iron ore on the surface of the meteorite. After #1268, this is the highest point iron ore can appear at.

The other ore is Meteorite, also requiring a diamond pick. The inside of the meteorite is densely filled with meteorite ore.
While not dealing too much more damage than iron, it has significantly higher durability. My idea is that, while meteorite is not very powerful, it would be good for exploring the surface since you wouldn't have to worry about tools breaking as often.
It could also have a unique modifier, maybe.

I feel like this is the final metal we should add

I would also like to have some unique metal for the root and some unique metal for the sky islands, but other than that we should stop the metals.

Is there a reason this is still a draft, or can it be added now?

Well, it needs some system for placing biome-independent structures, like #1805

Biome independent structures would just use SBB, right? So I could build some meteorites now in preparation?

I think here a combination of #1793 and #2002 might do better than pure SBBs.
