I mean that, among literals (strings, intregral values, FP values), the FP ones are the rarest. Does that make sense?

If I understand you correctly then would this text not fit better in the
"Literal values" item in the list.

You have a listing of the four options for template parameters, (Types,
Aliases, Literal Values, and Template Parameter Tuples) and then you start
the next paragraph with "Of those, types and alias are the most common,
while floating point ...". It seems like the paragraph should be
referring to the items listed, namely Types, Alias, ... If this comment
refers specifically to literals, then it would better fit as part of the
"Literal values" item.

I am also not clear how this leads into CTFE, but since I haven't yet
learned CTFE that might explain that!
