Oh sorry I think I named this pr poorly, this is to build the binaries for different architectures so people can just download the cli and use it. |

Caveat, I'm not a golang developer so I may have done something utterly heinous. Hopefully I haven't totally missed another pull or fork that does this as I was quite surprised to see circleci in there..
