OSUtils-TurbowarpExtension

Added more blocks to WDGASTERtim's Turbowarp-Shell extension.

How to use:

Create the desired script you want to use on turbowarp using this extension. Make sure to connect to the websocket and run the extension without sandbox
Safe the file
Compile with the Turbowarp packager. It is suggested to set the environent to Electron Windows 32

To run the exe:

Run server.exe with Admin privilages/System privilages depending on the needed privilages.
Run the compiled html/exe file. That's all.
