Programs and cycles are used to outline a social protection program. This is an OpenSPP feature that is extremely flexible and expandable to manage different type of programs and cycles.

This repository is licensed under LGPL-3.0.
However, each module can have a totally different license, as long as they adhere to OpenSPP.org
policy. Consult each module's __manifest__.py file, which contains a license key
that explains its license.
