Feature or improvement description
The RM1 test case used a very fine discretization of 0.1 m in HydroDyn. This is unnecessarily small.

Related issue, if one exists
None

Impacted areas of the software
Memory usage and linearization of the RM1 model.

Additional supporting information
Normally I would not do a PR for a regression test setup change, but this potentially addresses issues with linearization of this MHK turbine.

Test results, if applicable
Test results for the RM1 should not change.
