- Added dev profile file at dev/0xeixa-dev/application.md
- CLI app verified working, using ts-node/esm
- Added a new developer app to dev/0xeixa-dev
- Using ts-node with ESM support
- Status: Runs successfully on Termux Linux Ubuntu
