* replaced by github action
* replace prefect deploy method
* update branch that github action reacts to * update repo location * update image name (uses exactly the new repo name)
* removing this option had no effect on running a workflow. the affected library was librsvg, which appears to not be used with workflows
* prevent worker host from getting full of old containers
* new version prevents the exception
