WorldGuard 6.1.3/6.2 not working

Use WorldGuard 6.2.1 - yes, that on 1.12.2

Disabling spark profiler

If you really need to disable it, you can do it by adding -DPurpur.IReallyDontWantSpark=true as your startup argument. However we recommend to not do that, since spark has almost zero performance impact.
