More materials, adding Torch Block

Two independent commits:

1. Completing Materials.cs based on minecraft.gamepedia.com (not all are fully implemented, but they're all at least there now).
2. Adding TorchBlock. Moved some code from RedstoneTorchBlock to a new Facing5Block and made that the base class for both TorchBlock and RedstoneTorchBlock.
