About The Pull Request

Adds a new makeshift craft, the Voice Obfuscator Gas Mask. Similarly to a infil mod or a chameleon mask, it can hide your identity, separate from the chameleon however, is its inability to forge identities, always making you Unknown. It doesn't prevent examining you though, so keep your PDA hidden!

Why It's Good For The Game

We discussed in admin meetings about kidnapping a bit and how "iton the kidnapper if they didnt hide their identity" but you couldnt hide your identity without not talking. Since we have a makeshift radio jammer, this seems like a good extension.

Testing

Tested via saying meow without it, then saying GOLF with it on.

Unironically this sounds on paper stronger than the actual syndicate version since trying to disguise as someone won't show to security that you're not an actual crewmember and they could assume you're just a greyshitter upon seeing you.
