Why It's Good For The Game
Nightvision
Nightvision goggles are something useful for engineering and mining cyborgs, and I feel is a nonharmful upgrade, they already can kinda see in the dark, this just pushes it the rest of the way to levels akin to anyone else with NVG.
More a QOL than insanity

The four disks is both a factor a little annoying for everyone invloved. the miner has spare four storage slots to which their inventory is usually full. Then the scientist has to upload each disk indivually. Making it unneedly tedious when the whole idea of these disks is you can upload several at a time. And if this is a mining loot that benefits every miner rather than being a selfish, so we should encourage it actually get to R&D to be uploaded. Thus, combine it to one.
Mining cyborg PKA changes
Mining for cyborgs is in a pretty awful state overall. Not because they gotten worse, but everything and one keeps getting better. This isn't hate to the mining updates, rather a realization that it feels so much worse to play in comparasion.
So, two factors.
PKA upgrade kits
Well you do now!
This means there's a arbitrary knowledge check and research requirement to print the same exact item, at somewhere else. Ew. Stinky I say.
By doing this we both skim the research tree slightly and better communicate what can be used.
PKA buff.
Cyborgs already can't dual wield PKA's.
Limited to the basic subtype, can't put a knife on it (thankfully), it's only advantage is being able to recharge while put away.
It's another weird and uncommunicated part that they have less capacity than a regular PKA. A extra 20 capacity doesn't change too many interactions I believe but keeps things feeling somewhat similar.

qol: Whenever a PKA upgrade becomes assessable in the cargo lathe, it becomes assessable in robotics for miner cyborgs.
qol: Blood drunk miner learned basic computer literacy hygiene during a sober period, and carries one floppy disk rather than 4.
code: "KA Mod Disk"'s have been swapped from a single research design to support a list of research designs.
balance: Cyborg PKA's now have a capacity akin to regular PKA's, (80 -> 100)
