Summary

• add shared Tebex metadata extraction utilities and configuration so the bridge can react to purchases and subscription events
• integrate Tebex listeners on Paper and Velocity to queue configured routines when purchases complete or subscriptions expire
• expose the API client, update plugin descriptors, and expand config defaults for optional Tebex usage

• mvn -pl zander-bridge clean package (fails: cannot download maven-clean-plugin from Maven Central – HTTP 403)
