Update provisioning agent docs: replace Microsoft Entra with Microsoft Azure AD

This PR updates the provisioning agent documentation to explain that, although Microsoft Entra is the new name, some service names, application names and Event Viewer entries still display Microsoft Azure AD because those components have not yet been renamed.
