Make sure you already went through the Troubleshooting guide

  1. OS X version (El-Capitan should be fine)
  2. Plugin Version (just to make sure)
  3. Sketch Version (just to make sure)
  4. Where did you download it? (Sketch Toolbox/Download from Website, etc)
  5. attach a crash Log (retrieving instructions)
