add redaction feature

[rudra-singh1]

• updated db to include red_description attribute
• during data redaction, redaction occurs using gemini api token, and stores in red_description redacted copy
• TODO: integrate user level authentication so users with perms can see temporary message with PII and ones that don't get message sent out to everyone in thread/channel with redacted message for all commands
