0.9.0: Refine unittest structure

build tmp pyconcrete first, then all test cases will share same
pyconcrete library, remove it atexit

The stable version of 0.9.0

This version does not break pip in miniconda.
In latest version of 0.9.0, pip (and setuptools) is broken
