Refactoring checks

This PR implements the new code style and basic layout for future checks within HypeTrack.

• Social media posts are moved to their own separate async function called socials.
• Strings are moved to a global constant called messages. Messages that need content replaced in them (e.g. if the hostname needs to be put in a string), they are called as functions.
• Where possible, the DB2 key is global and is referenced as key.
