We recently had an issue where a request to HubSpot which hung for 60 seconds, despite having set our read and open timeouts to 5s and 1s. The problem is that the timeouts were not being applied to OAuth requests.
This PR applies the configured timeouts, or timeouts passed in the method params, to OAuth requests.
