I'm not quite sure if this is fully correct, as I've a treblized phone that has a lot of extra A/B partitions

I'm not quite sure if this is fully correct, as I've a treblized (repartitioned) phone that has a lot of extra A/B partitions.
The modem and system partitions are guesses, but should be correct for at least the A slot being active.
