The notebooks within this repository contain code to create figures and examples that are used within the HSNPipeline paper.

These notebooks include:

• 01-FigPieces: creates some example simulations and panels
• 02-NeuronReport: makes an example neuron report

Additional analyses in the paper draw from other elements of the pipeline.
