Overview

This repository contains the code to estimate the animal health loss envelope (AHLE) for country-specific case studies. It is meant to act as a template to help streamline the process of adding new countries to the dashboard.

Origin

Developed based on the Ethiopia case study, originally part of the GBADsLiverpool repository. Built upon the AHLE Dashboard framework.

• Country-specific case studies: Generates AHLE estimates for individual countries.
• Built-in Guide: User guide, references, and data views are all built-it and easily accessible within the dashboard.
• Template structure: Adaptable to new countries with data following a similar structure to Ethiopia's.
