Adds preliminary support for
IRenderWorldLastHandlers.It seems like there is something slightly wrong, though: the overlay I am rendering causes clouds to turn rather dark.
Don't know why or how to fix it yet, but no bigger issues arise apparently (and this patch is basically identical to the current PR: Meefy777/Reforged#3).
Feel free to wait for the PR to merged upstream, though, if you want - or to just close/ignore this even :)
