This client is working, but the PR isn't quite ready to review.

  • macOS CI seems to be broken on main after a recent unrelated update. Opened OND-1082 for tracking.
  • There are some unrelated changes here to clean up the repo. I should probably move those into another PR.
  • We're publishing an engflowapis-go Bazel module, but that's waiting for external approval. It will take a few days. When that's ready, we can depend on that instead of generating code in //go/proto.
