Describe your changes

Merging the BaseCamp documentation to EVerest documentation.
Building new documentation structure in everest-core.
This will make the current contents in EVerest/EVerest repo obsolete in future.

First move for the new documentation page. The diataxis structure is already integrated, but the sub-pages are still missing. We can add them now step by step.

Overall structure could still change depending on the requirements for the docu tech done by @andistorm . We will collab on that.
