better gspalette gslint report and also fix runtime error

• better gspalette by remove all the breaking lines and let sublime truncates them itself.
• by that we can fix win.show_quick_panel throw runtime error items has different lengths.

Ideally we don't want ST to truncate the lines. I used a different hack to achieve that now that ST supports expanding quick panels.

With that said, gslint.py and gspalette.py are now dead.
If you want to test the changess I made before I push them to a release, switch to the development branch and enable margo.sh.
