This fork adds the MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission so that external note directories work even when synced via a tool like syncthing
The permission will be asked for when you select an external storage directory
Keep in mind that you'll have to uninstall the official saber package first as the signatures between my fork and the official repo are different
