This is a stash attempt of moving to Zod 4.
I kinda got nerd-sniped into this because I kept getting Zod-induced errors when trying to run Composio SDK's examples.

@composio/json-schema-to-zodcurrently has 7 failing tests out of 61, with no clear way to clear them all without breaking the existingadditionalPropertiesdecoding logic.This PR also updated tsconfig's
moduleResolutionfromnode->bundler.
