Additions

Forgot to upload the unique patches.
The heavy flak got a price hike so it's no longer just purely steel gear, so have raised the defenses on the torso.

Changes

Heavy flak 10/15 to 12/27.

Reasoning

45 plasteel for the torso is a decent amount. The helmet was already really good for its price so no need to change that there. Overall it acts as early access recon armor that lacks the weight support and movement buff.

Testing

Check tests you have performed:

  • Compiles without warnings
  • Game runs without errors
  • (For compatibility patches) ...with and without patched mod loaded
  • Playtested a colony (specify how long)

Uploaded unique guns patch which was missing.
The Heavy flak armor includes plasteel now, so have improved the defensive capaiblities for the torso, head was honestly already fine in its current state.
Now acts as early access recon with none of the powered assistance.

Why implement these by overwriting the def rather than just regular patching?
