This was discussed and agreed at the in-person Tech Products Meet-Up. See also the accompanying [document on agreed terminology](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1e7o7LSKTwtBFGwFESXjW_QsmqhsSK5buoshlpL0AVoA/edit). I included everyone who accepted the meeting invitation in the "Consulted" list, because we came to these decisions by consensus across the room. It's possible I have missed some people who were in the room but not on the invite.
