Preconfigured Mappers

The following list includes the names and internal IDs of pre-configured (some of which also pre-installed) Mappers. The internal ID of each mapper is used to refer to it in configuration files or in command-line calls.
The following mappers are preconfigured and automatically installed alongside Teaser:

The following mappers are preconfigured with Teaser. For usage, replace the content of the bin field in the definition of the mapper in setups/base_mappers.yaml with the path to the mapper executable on your system. We recommend simply moving the mapper executables in the Teaser/software directory.
