Store Laravel

  1. Download the project or clone it.
  2. Copy and paste the file .env.example or .env.example.docker to .env.
  3. If you want to containerize this application and you already have docker and docker-compose installed then run: docker-compose up -d --build
  4. At the end of the containerization enter the store_pgsql container with:
docker exec -it store_pgsql bash
  1. Then run:
psql -U postgres
CREATE DATABASE common_db;
CREATE DATABASE product_db;
\q
exit
  1. Enter the store_php container with:
docker exec -it store_php bash
  1. Then run:
composer install -vvv
php artisan key:generate
php artisan migrate:fresh --seed
php artisan module:seed
php artisan optimize
chmod -R 777 storage/
php artisan storage:link
exit
  1. If you are containerizing the app then get the IPAddress with the command:
docker inspect store_nginx
  1. Set up a domain in your etc/hosts with the IPAddress of the container store_nginx:
sudo vim /etc/hosts
###.##.#.#  api.store.dev.com
