@marthendalnunes this is a large PR / branch which makes it difficult to properly review. Ideally separate the other code into a new branch, create a PR to merge into main, and once that code is in main, then update this branch and keep only the max validator count code here. |

I made a comment in commit above about streaming JSON file rather than loading into memory. |
