Resources

In addition to this wiki, there is a mailing list. Work is afoot to get this back onto a mailman or other server, currently, you subscribe or unsubscribe by emailing [email protected].

Projects

Most of the Biohaskell source code is available from the biohaskell organization on GitHub. In addition, some code is availalbe from personal GitHub repositories (e.g. https://github.com/ketil-malde/)

Blogs and personal web pages

Ketil's blog documents stuff related to the bio library and the applications using it.

Christian has a homepage, proudly designed using Hakyll because HTML sucks. There are pointers toward my software as well.

Udo Stenzel has a page with some bioinformatics tools in Haskell.
