Program Setup

Microsoft Access 2010 Runtime or relative version is needed to work.
MS Access 2010 Runtime website: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=10910
Install Microsoft Access 64-bit or 32-bit as needed in default folder.

python3 modules tkinter, pickle, matplotlib, pandas, and pyodbc are needed to run.
