Changed environment slightly to make it work on Mac M1. Needed Rust compiler too from memory. Only Merge if same environment works on non-M1 Macs.

Hi @kmarsyd , I've just updated the atap_widgets package that this repo uses - I pulled out sentence_transformers, which was a fairly heavy dependency. Hopefully it's a bit simpler to install now, if you merge in the changes from the master branch. You might still have to install textacy via pip, but should be able to drop the transformers dependency.
